‘Women’s participation crucial for country’s development’

Multan: For economic and social development, solving the problems faced by women is necessary because the country’s development is not possible without the participation of women. Women in Pakistan are facing problems; violence against women is not only in Pakistan but in every country Women face psychological, emotional and economic violence as well as cyber harassment. In this regard, the solution to women’s problems is not only the responsibility of women’s organizations or any department, but we all have to work together and protect women’s rights. In the meeting of Multan Jasmin Lions Club, President Munaza Malik gave a speech on International Women’s Day and Secretary Asma Arsalan presented these views about protection in cities as well as in rural areas while Riffat Azam, Sajda Khalil, Aaliya Afzal, Sumaira Akhlaq, Saishta Zaiba, Maryam Faisal, Samina Islam, Subhan Nisar, Farhat Shafique, Anjum Jilani, Shahnaz Zulfiqar, Iffat Saeed participated in the meeting and discussed various projects.
