WMC CEO Shahid Yaqoob reviews cleanliness arrangements at free flour points

Multan. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Waste Management Company( WMC) Shahid Yaqoob visited different areas of the city yesterday and monitored the cleaning operation. The CEO also visited the free flour points established in the city and the staff regarding cleaning. On this occasion, Manager Operation Anwar ul Haq gave a briefed on the condition of cleaning mechanism and machinery. CEO Shahid Yaqoob, while meeting with the cleaning staff, said that in order to give relief to the people, the company has the same in all areas. Focus should be made and the resources and manpower should be used under the smart plan so as to give a positive impression to the people. Shahid Yaqoob clarified that the company will have to fulfill the expectations of the people in any case otherwise as a public servant every official and the officer will be held accountable. The CEO directed the manager operation to immediately implement a modern attendance system to identify ghost employees and complete the manpower in the company’s cleaning operation. Earlier on the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Umar Jahangir, the company continued its operations through night squads at central locations of the city late at night.
