We are engaged in talks for joining the govt: Yousaf Raza Gillani

On Sunday, Acting President Yousaf Raza Gillani declared that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is welcome to speak with us.

PPP mainstay Gillani told the media, “We didn’t say at any time, we are not on the side of the government.”

He declared, “We are in talks to join the government and are offering our full support to it.” He went on, “If we join the government, we will take responsibility.” He said, “We will assist them in all good deeds.”

No law or measure in the parliament will be passed without our help, according to Gillani.

Acting President Yousuf Raza Gilani had previously stated that if the PPP was given “a proper share,” it might join the PML-N’s Punjab cabinet.
