ISLAMABAD: According to Maryam Nawaz, the chief organizer of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), a group of trained terrorists and miscreants from organizations that are outlawed were living in Zaman Park, Lahore, instead of political workers.
She voiced her worries regarding the recent violent occurrences in Zaman Park and emphasized the significance of not ignoring them. She claimed that these violent crimes were committed by well-trained terrorists and criminals. She also charged Imran Khan, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), with supporting outlawed groups. Maryam claimed that these organizations have a history of receiving support from Imran Khan and that some of the individuals involved in the recent violent incidents in Zaman Park were drawn from these outlawed organizations.
Emphasizing the crucial role of the state essential to play in ensuring the safety and security of its citizens, Maryam stressed that it was essential for the government to take prompt and effective action before it is too late.
She called for a proactive approach by the state in addressing these issues, rather than waiting for them to escalate further.
