The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and the Pakistan Bar Council (PBC), two of the nation’s leading legal organisations, have voiced misgivings about Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sikander Sultan Raja’s ability to conduct free and fair elections on February 8 of next year.
