Vehari: Law violations and crimes can be committed by anyone. But any crime at that point becomes a lifelong regret. When a citizen guilty of a crime, after serving his legal sentence, falls back into the quagmire of crime and the society continues to punish him for life. Therefore, the society should hate the crime and not the criminal. These views were expressed by Senior Superintendent District Jail Vehari Mirza Sajid Baig while talking to Markzi Anjuman Tajran Vehari Chairman Sajid Masood Mirza, Former General Secretary Vehari Press Club Shahid Mehmood Mirza, and Former Information Secretary Press Club Hashim Sultan. Well-known ENT specialist THQ Hospital Borewala Dr. Khalid Mahmood was also present on this occasion. Sajid Baig further said that we should hate the crime and not the criminal. Man commits crime in anger or any compulsion. But this crime becomes a disease for the rest of his life. The children of his family live in the agony that their loved one is in prison bars. He said that in District Jail Vehari, we have tried to provide all the facilities to the prisoners while maintaining a friendly environment. Doctors examine them for treatment. Apart from this, specialist doctors are visited on a daily basis.
