Six terrorists killed in Datta Khel intelligence-based operation: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: On Wednesday, the security forces engaged six terrorists in a fierce gunfight as part of an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the general vicinity of Datta Khel, North Waziristan District. The terrorists who were killed continued to actively engage in terrorist activities against the security forces and civilians, according to a news release from Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The terrorists who were killed had ammunition and weapons, which the forces also recovered. The locals of the region expressed their gratitude for the security forces’ quick action and their unwavering support for efforts to eradicate the threat of terrorism from the region.
