Seven terrorists killed in Tank IBO

Seven terrorists, including a high-value target, were killed by security personnel during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Tank region.
After obtaining an intelligence information about the presence of terrorists, the operation was carried out on the night of December 17–18.

The wanted terrorist has been identified as Ali Rehman, also known as Maulana Taha Swati, a close friend of Qari Amjad, also known as Mufti Mazahim, and the infamous terrorist leader Mufti Fazlullah.
According to security sources, Ali Rehman became a key member of the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) shura after joining the group in 2010.
One terrorist broke into a home during the operation and held two children captive in a room. The terrorist made a cowardly attempt to flee by dressing like a woman and using the kids as human shields.
