Rana Sanaullah, the president of the PML-N Punjab, emphasised on Thursday the necessity for the PTI to demonstrate “seriousness” in organising a political conversation while drawing attention to its contradictory claims.
The recent appointment of Sanaullah as Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s political advisor suggested that all political parties “sit together” to find a solution to the present political and economic problems.
“Absolutely, we as a political party and as a [political] worker, think that right now, the solution to the political situation faced by the country is that dialogue is held,” Sanaullah said in response to a question about whether the PML-N had plans to establish a committee for talks with other political parties, specifically the PTI.
He mentioned that Nawaz Sharif’s October homecoming speech contained a similar message delivered by the PML-N chief.
