At the Pakistani Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Pakistani professionals in the hospitality sector participated in an interactive session led by Jawad Sohrab Malik, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development. According to a press release, the SAPM, Jawad Sohrab Malik, gave the attendees the assurance that the government is determined to train workers in line with the demands of the Saudi hospitality industry in order to maximise the share of Pakistanis in the Saudi labour market. With an emphasis on areas where Pakistan may benefit, the participants updated the SAPM on industry trends in the hotel sector. The ambitious Vision 2030 of the Kingdom has given emphasis to the tourism industry, as informed to the SAPM.
