Imran Kham, the chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), declared on Sunday that the PTI and its supporters would protect the independence of the judiciary at all costs. In a meeting with PTI leader Shahbaz Gill, the former prime minister discussed the party’s strategy as well as the nation’s current political climate.
Imran Khan emphasized the importance of elections by claiming that the delay in holding them would be a violation of the constitution given the nation’s ongoing economic crisis. The PTI chairman claimed that the “imported government” had been “targeting the judiciary to conceal the constitutional violation on their account.” Khan criticized the government for putting people in more hardship by ending public welfare programs like the health card service.
He claimed that because the poor are suffering as a result of the record-breaking inflation, the rulers are unable to even face the populace. People have seen their true faces, according to Imran Khan, so why are they trying to evade elections. According to Shahbaz Gill, the party members support the PTI’s philosophy. In the upcoming election, he pleaded, “I request to give at least ten percent tickets to ideological youth from the party’s youth wing, ISF, and social media wing.” He told Imran Khan to give preference to the party members who had stuck by the party through good times and bad.
