PSAs organizes pre-conference workshop on ‘pain relief’

Multan: The fifth Multan Conference of Anesthesia is going to be held from February 24 to 26 at Nishtar Medical University, Multan, in which local and international renowned consultants will participate.  The series has been started yesterday; a pre-conference workshop on the topic of pain relief organized by the Pakistan Society of Anesthesiologists (PSAs) Multan Chapter was organized in the Department of Medical Education, in which a large number of doctors from the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care participated.  The patron-in-chief and chief guest of the workshop was Vice Chancellor Nishtar Medical University Prof. Dr. Rana Altaf Ahmed while the assistants of the workshop were Dr. Aamir Furqan, Dr. Atir Fayyaz, Dr. Usman Mohsin, Dr. Kaleem Sattar, Dr. Jamal Hafeez, Dr. Shahbaz Ahmed and Dr. Zainab Shabir were included, the workshop, participants were introduced to modern methods of pain relief and given practical training.  At the end of the workshop, Vice Chancellor Nishtar Medical University Professor Dr. Rana Altaf Ahmed distributed certificates among the participants.
