According to Dr. Nadeem Jan, the acting federal minister for health, Khyber Medical University (KMU) Peshawar has united all the health sectors under one roof, and the government would supply the resources required for the MDCAT exam to be administered in an orderly and transparent manner. The idea of medical education was originally restricted to MBBS and BDS programmes, but under KMU, students are now receiving training and education in dozens of cutting-edge subjects at all levels, from BS to PhD, which is exactly what the world needs. According to him, there is a need, but it also gives our students access to excellent information and research opportunities in several health-related sectors within their own region.
