Probe suggests Indian hand in Amir Tamba’s murder: Naqvi

The murder of Amir Sarfraz Tamba, who is accused of torturing Indian terrorist Sarabjit Singh to death while he was incarcerated in 2013, is believed to have been planned by India, according to Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Monday.
Prior to Tamba’s death, the interior minister claimed that India was also involved in four other homicides.
“Police are looking into the firing on Amir Tamba, and they believe India is responsible so far. India also has a similar pattern of involvement in four other murder cases. But until the inquiry is over, it won’t be appropriate to comment,” he told the media at the Federal inquiry Agency (FIA) office in Lahore.
Tamba was fatally shot by two motorbike riders inside the Islampura police boundaries, according to authorities on Sunday.
