President visits Palestine Embassy; calls for ceasefire, humanitarian corridor

ISLAMABAD: President Dr. Arif Alvi visited the Palestine Embassy on Thursday and showed support for the Palestinian people who are the targets of Israel’s random killings. He called on the whole community to denounce Israel’s atrocities and its excessive response, which resulted in the deaths of thousands of innocent people. He demanded an immediate end to hostilities and the creation of a humanitarian corridor so that supplies of food, water, and electricity could be sent to those in need. Additionally, the president met with Ahmed Jawad Rabei, the ambassador of the State of Palestine, and on behalf of the Pakistani people and government, he expressed sympathy with the Palestinian people. He declared that Pakistan would support Palestine no matter what and would only accept a resolution that pleased the Palestinians.
