President, PM vow to work together for country’s progress

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari have reaffirmed their will to work together for the nation’s advancement.

During their meeting today in Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad, they made this determination clear.

The two parties talked about issues pertaining to the general political, economic, and security climate throughout the discussion.

After consulting with all political parties, both leaders agreed to move on with the legal issues. In the Parliament, they also talked about issues pertaining to legislation.

The President promised the Prime Minister his support for the stability and advancement of the nation. Best wishes for President Asif Ali Zardari’s health were conveyed by the Prime Minister.

Additionally in attendance were Governor Khyber, Mohsin Naqvi, and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
