PM wishes swift recovery to Brazilian president after brain surgery

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif sent President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva of Brazil his “heartfelt wishes” for a speedy and complete recovery following brain surgery .

The prime minister posted on his X timeline, “Sending my heartfelt wishes for a swift and full recovery to President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva as he recovers from surgery.”

“We are praying for you and the Brazilian people during this difficult time,” he said. Get well quickly.

In a statement, the Brazilian president’s medical staff claimed that the MRI revealed intracranial haemorrhage from the October house accident. After being taken to the São Paulo unit of Hospital Sírio-Libanês, he had a craniotomy to remove the haematoma.
