PM vows to pursue national development agenda

On Thursday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif emphasized that all facets of society must be steadfastly committed to realizing Pakistan’s development and security objectives. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to upholding political and economic stability while preserving national security.

He informed the gathering about the State Bank of Pakistan’s one percent policy rate cut. The goal of this action is to promote stability and economic progress in the nation.

Shehbaz Sharif also expressed concern about the increase in human trafficking cases, which have damaged Pakistan’s reputation abroad and resulted in the loss of many valuable lives.
“The Ministry of Interior has been taken on board, and this issue is being closely monitored,” he promised. “Until human trafficking is totally eradicated, we will not give up.”
