Allama Muhammad Iqbal had dreamed of a “Pakistan” that would be a birthplace of peace, political tolerance, and fraternity, according to Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday. Sharif emphasised on reiterating the vow to work tirelessly to realise Iqbal’s vision.
He stated that Allama Iqbal wished for the young people to use their positive outlook to lead the nation to unprecedented levels of advancement and development.
The prime minister remarked in a statement on the 86th anniversary of Dr. Muhammad Iqbal’s passing that the country had been praying for Allama’s departed soul on that day and had richly honoured his accomplishments.
“Dr. Muhammad Iqbal emphasised the unity of the Muslim Ummah in his writings and teachings.
