PM lauds minorities’ contribution in national progress

On Sunday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif affirmed the government’s commitment to upholding minorities’ rights while praising their outstanding contribution to the growth and prosperity of the country.
The prime minister congratulated them on Minorities’ Day and stated in a statement that they were dedicated to the welfare of minorities and that they would continue to work towards this goal on this day.
He said that real action was being taken by the Pakistani government to improve the lot of minorities. In addition to offering merit-based employment possibilities, the special seats allocation demonstrated that minorities’ representation in all institutions was valued and that equal opportunities were extended to all.
