Pakistan wants to increase its cooperation with Saudi Arabia, according to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
He emphasised that Saudi Arabia is Pakistan’s long-time friend and has always offered assistance during trying times while presiding over a meeting on Monday on the Kingdom’s investments in a number of sectors in Islamabad.
Shehbaz Sharif said he was pleased with how the two nations’ current projects were proceeding.
It was reported that the two nations had signed thirty-four memorandums of understanding (MoUs) on investments in a short amount of time. Of these, seven have been turned into agreements totalling $560 million.
