On Thursday, the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, gave instructions for the creation of a comprehensive plan aimed at enhancing commercial and economic ties with Azerbaijan.
In the midst of a high-level discussion aimed at improving commercial and investment ties between Azerbaijan and Central Asian republics, the prime minister declared that “Pakistan geographically offers a natural economic corridor to the sea for Central Asian states.”
He emphasised the decades-long fraternal ties that still exist between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
He thought that commerce and investment between Pakistan and Azerbaijan had a lot of potential.
“The prime minister stated that the government’s business- and investment-friendly policies are the reason why foreign investment in the nation is increasing.
