PM condoles over demise of UAE’s Sheikh Tahnoun

Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohamed Al Nahyan, the ruler’s representative in Al Ain for the United Arab Emirates, passed away on Thursday. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his sorrow over his passing.

I’m deeply grieved by His Highness Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohamed Al Nahyan’s passing. The UAE’s government and people are in our thoughts and prayers during this time of loss,” the prime minister posted on his X timeline.

He predicted that the late Sheikh Tahnoun will have a lasting legacy for his role in forging closer relations between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.

He asked Allah Ta’ala to give the deceased person eternal peace.
