PM calls for enhancing Pakistan-Turkmenistan cooperation in different sectors

Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister, has emphasised the importance of strengthening bilateral ties with Turkmenistan, especially in the areas of connectivity, energy, and trade.

He was speaking with Atadjan Movlamov, the Turkmenistan ambassador, who was paying him a courtesy call in Islamabad today.

The Prime Minister received congratulations from the Turkmen leadership on his reelection through the Ambassador.

The Prime Minister expressed gratitude to Gurbanguly Berdimohamedov, the National Leader of the Turkmen People, and Turkmen President Serdar Berdimohamedov for their congrats.

He spoke warmly about his interactions with them and expressed excitement about carrying on these conversations in the future.

The importance of the long-standing, historical, and cultural relations between Pakistan and Turkmenistan was underlined by the prime minister.
