The Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC), supported by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), filed a case against the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) decision to deny the party reserved seats. The appeal was dismissed by the Peshawar High Court on Thursday.
