Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, the spokesperson for the Foreign Office, stated that Pakistan’s defense and its choices will not be impacted by “unnecessary” US restrictions on its missile development.
She made it clear that no outside pressure would affect Pakistan’s security decisions, which will be determined by the country’s citizens. She said that Pakistan’s defense posture could not be weakened by the US sanctions, which she described as unwarranted and unfair.
She remembered that Pakistan has always prioritized its security despite having previously been subject to a number of sanctions. She went on to say that the US has no cause for fear over the nation’s missile development.
Baloch emphasized that the region’s arms race was initiated by India. In order to stop it, she asked the world powers to take strong action against India.
