Pakistan, Kuwait agree to formalize MoUs

In order to cooperate in the areas of agriculture, maritime and ports, education, avoiding double taxation, and quality and safety standards, Pakistan and Kuwait have decided to formally establish Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs).
During the Fifth Session of the Pakistan-Kuwait Joint Ministerial Commission in Kuwait, an accord to this effect was reached.
An important step towards deepening the bilateral relations between the two countries was taken with the 5th JMC.
Omar Saud Al-Omar, the State of Kuwait’s Minister of Commerce and Industry, and Abdul Aleem Khan, the Minister for Privatisation, served as its co-chairs.
