Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister, has congratulated the country and the scientists on the successful launch of the first lunar orbit mission.
He added in a statement today that Pakistan’s first step into space is the ICUBE-Q satellite.
According to the prime minister, Pakistani engineers, scientists, and skilled labourers are demonstrating their prowess in this area, much as their proficiency in nuclear technology.
He paid thanks to the students who worked on this project, the SUPARCO team, Dr. Khurram Khurshid, and the core committee of the Institute of Space Technology.
The Prime Minister claimed that the aroma of friendship between China and Pakistan has transcended space and is sweeter than honey, deeper than the ocean, and higher than the Himalayas.
