Pakistan’s media affairs division of the military announced that Fatah-II successfully completed a flight test on Wednesday. The ISPR claims that Fatah-II has a sophisticated navigation system, cutting-edge avionics, and a special flight path. It stated, “The weapon system can engage targets up to 400 kilometres away with high precision.” According to the ISPR, “senior officers from tri-services and dedicated scientists and engineers” saw the flying test. It further stated that the participating soldiers and scientists were commended on a job well done by President Dr. Arif Alvi, interim Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, and Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir.
