Pakistan, Azerbaijan agree to enhance bilateral trade

It has been decided to strengthen bilateral trade and business ties between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
A high-level Azerbaijani official delegation met with the Pakistani side during the President of Azerbaijan’s visit to that country.
Dr. Musadik Malik, Pakistan’s Minister of Petroleum, headed the Pakistani delegation that provided a briefing on ways to improve investment and commerce between the two nations.
According to him, Pakistan wants to work with partners to create economic corridors that connect Central Asia and Europe, as well as diverse markets throughout the region. He emphasised the enormous potential for profit in mining and minerals, especially copper and gold.
Additionally, collaboration in the gas and oil industry was also explored. Together, the two nations can take full advantage of the IT potential, particularly in the areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and human resource training.
