Pakistan asks Afghanistan to take action against terrorists

Pakistan has once again requested that the Afghan government act swiftly and decisively against terrorist organisations, as well as those who finance and support them.
Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch stated that Pakistan has given specific proof of the people and organisations behind terrorist acts inside Pakistan during her weekly news briefing in Islamabad today. She stated that we anticipate the disarmament of the TTP and Gul Bahadar Group by the Afghan authorities, along with the transfer of their leadership, including those implicated in terrorist acts, to Pakistan.
According to the spokesperson, these people’s whereabouts and activities are known to the Afghan government.
Mumtaz Zahra Baloch stated in response to a question that Pakistan will keep defending itself against all terrorist organisations and guarantee the safety and security of its citizens.
