“A beacon of hope for global peace and prosperity” and “an anchor of regional stability” are two ways that Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif characterized the strategic alliance between China and Pakistan, which is crucial in all weather conditions.
Speaking at the unveiling of sculptures of Chinese leader Mao Zedong and Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah at the PM House, the prime minister stated, “We are proud of our collaboration in various fields from the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) to cultural exchanges, education, and defense production.”
Chairman Mao Zedong’s niece Mao Xiaoqing attended the function as well.
He claimed that the decades-long, historic ties between China and Pakistan were evidence of our shared ideals of respect, trust, and collaboration.
