We all worry about the population explosion, but we don’t worry about it at the right time.
If Pakistan problems are reviewed today the biggest issue will be seen by overpopulation, which has created many problems. When Pakistan came into being on 14 August 1947 it faces population problems. Pakistan is the only country which did not consider its growing population as a problem and led to increasing difficulty.
Is the overpopulation just a matter of time? Did not a nation or country face any problem is the past? No, but all this has become a part of past. Now it is not important to sit on this matter and to be cried rather it is necessary that the matter is reviewed but look on the start and reasons of this population problems, predict the problems that arise from it and to take steps to minimize it. So that our future generations should not burden on us rather be our support. The population problem we are facing today is not the result of any other conspiracy rather the result of our own problems. We are not ready to accept our mistake, accusing each other today for 72 years and the population reached 3 million to 22 million.
(Flowers Growth, The thorns are also scattered)
If the ratio of population growth continues then in the coming time we will not be able to take the next step to walk.
According to research, the population growth rate is doubled as that of resources which is due to unusual distribution of resources because a large amount of resources feed the messes. When people do not get the resources they do not take time to reach the level of humanity that is why today’s generation is involved in illegal activities. 60% of Pakistan population comprises young generation they are bright future of any country but if they do not have the resources and education standards, it is the poorest aspect of the country because population growth is not only the poor but also the problem of riches. Education gives awareness to people but due to lack of education standards in the rural people is a slave of his old traditions they focus on increasing the family more than increasing their values, but they do not understand that these tradition can cause the destruction of their generation, the health of women’s and children’s is badly affected by the struggle for family traditions.
Population growth is also affecting Pakistan intentions which are a horrible situation. So, is this Pakistan is dream that Allama Iqbal had seen? Does our government realize that? No I think because if the government thought that the nation would not have had this situation due to Pakistanis population today. Pakistan is an Islamic country which came into existence in the name of Islam but today the Islamic scholars have propaganda against the family planning.
If we seen from the Islamic perspective so according to the Hidith, the Ummah of the Prophet should be the greatest, indeed the Holy Prophet has said but if you look at this period the size of the Ummah is equal to being large numbers, they did not want to see the numbers they can see the status of Muslims.
Today, Muslims are unbelievers in the world but is their status as the Prophet has said? No.
Our government needs to create such policies and practical programs to increase the resources and help to control the overpopulation. There is no doubt that population growth cannot be controlled but its proportion can be reduced.
We need to understand a lot more of things, there is a need to know the benefits of population growth and family planning, but it is only possible from education because this matter should be understood by every class and every profession of people.
The bizarre story is that we have the solution to our problems because it only has sense to accept its responsibility. But our negligence on our own selves is that we didn’t interested to think about family planning and produce child day by day, without thinking about disasters of utilization of resources, we have to pay not in the present but in future too.
