Omar Ayub demands restoration of social media sites

Omar Ayub Khan, the leader of the PTI, urged the relevant  authorities on Monday to reinstate the nation’s social media  platforms. Even now, they continue to restrict social media. Speaking to media representatives in Islamabad, the PTI leader  declared, “We demand that social media sites be restored.” Since February 17, X, formerly known as Twitter, has been mostly  blocked in Pakistan; users are nevertheless able to access the well-known website by utilising a VPN. Former caretaker minister of communication Murtaza Solangi claimed that the X shutdown in Pakistan was unrelated to the interim  government in an interview with a local media outlet. “This administration of fascists has gone utterly insane. According to Omar, several social media sites like Facebook,  Instagram, and X are being blocked, and their performance has also decreased.
