‘No govt in world runs airlines, railways, and transport’

Murtaza Solangi, the acting federal minister for parliamentary  affairs, demanded on Friday that the Upper House hold thorough discussion on the state of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) at  this time. The minister of information, Mutaza Solngi, stated that during the  following meeting, it would be appropriate to have thorough  discussion about the present state of PIA in the presence of the  ministers of privatisation and aviation. In response to note of concern regarding PIA and potential halt to flight operations, he stated that both ministers would also inform the House of the reasons behind the significant losses incurred by the airline.
