Pak China Leadership agreed that there would be serious implications for peace and stability in the region: ISPR
Beijing: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa met with Chinese military leadership in Beijing during China visit, which the situation in occupied Kashmir, regional security and bilateral defense cooperation was discussed. The Guard of Honor was presented to the Army Chief at the PLA headquarters, According to ISPR,
General Bajwa visited the headquarters of the People’s Liberation Army and also met with Commander PLA General Han Vigo and the Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, General Zhu Kliang. The Army Chief apprised the Chinese military leadership of the implications of the deteriorating situation in occupied Kashmir.
The Army Chief said that India should respect the UN resolutions and the human rights of Kashmiris, Pakistan is looking for peace but there will be no compromise on principles or national dignity.
The Chinese military leadership supported Pakistan’s principle stance on Kashmir issue.
According to the ISPR, Pak China Leadership agreed that there would be serious implications for peace and stability in the region of Pak-India tensions. The two sides also discussed the developing situation in the Gulf and efforts for peace in Afghanistan, while agreeing to enhance defense cooperation.
