Multan: The officers of the 36th mid-career management course of National Institute of Management visited Nishtar Medical University Multan. During their inland study tour, the officers visited various departments of Nishtar Medical University and reviewed the ongoing educational, teaching and research work in the departments including medical facilities provided to patients.
During the visit to the Nishtar Skill Lab, the officers were also shown a practical demonstration of life saving training in emergency situations. Officers of the 36th Mid-Career Management Course also visited Mustafa Kamal Pasha Lecture Theater Complex and Nishtar Cancer Center where Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ejaz Masood briefed them about the facilities available for cancer patients.
Meanwhile, the members of the delegation also attended the meeting presided over by Professor Dr. Rana Altaf, Vice Chancellor of Nishtar Medical University, where they were briefed about the ongoing development projects and other university affairs in Nishtar Medical University. Professor Dr. Rana Altaf Ahmed welcomed all the officers on their arrival at Nishtar Medical University. Registrar Nishtar Medical University Professor Dr. Ghulam Abbas, MS Nishtar Hospital Dr. Rao Amjad Ali Khan and Dr. Aamir Ashiq were also present on this occasion along with Vice Chancellor Nishtar Medical. On the other hand, these officers under training expressed their satisfaction on the overall performance of Nishtar Medical University and appreciated the efforts of Nishtar administration.
