Naqvi orders blocking SIMs issued on invalid, expired ID cards

The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) has been instructed by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi to prohibit all SIM cards for mobile phones that are issued on revoked or invalid identity cards.

Mohsin Naqvi examined every area of the NADRA headquarters in Islamabad on Thursday, including the printing department.

Mohsin Naqvi gave the order to create model NADRA offices all over the nation in accordance with the Punjab model police station model.

He claimed that creating model NADRA offices will enhance public comfort and service delivery.

NADRA Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi was greeted upon his arrival at the National Database and Registration Authority Headquarters by Chairman Lieutenant General Muhammad Munir Afsar.

At NADRA headquarters, Mohsin Naqvi, the Federal Interior Minister, also presided over a significant meeting.
