Naqvi calls on Fazlur Rehman

Mohsin Naqvi, the federal interior minister, paid JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman a visit at his home to check on him and wish him health.

The general state of affairs in the nation and issues of mutual concern were discussed by both leaders. They also discussed ways to bring about peace in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, especially in the Kurram area. Additionally, they were pleased to see aid convoys arrive in Kurram.

According to the interior minister, all parties involved have been trusted to bring about peace in the area. According to him, certain people have purposefully misrepresented the Kurram problem.

Mohsin Naqvi was grateful for the Grand Jirga’s earnest efforts. He claimed to have had a respectful relationship with Maulana Fazlur Rehman for a long time.
