Shujaabad: Nadeem Shah, President of Anjuman Tahaffuz-e-Haqoq-e-Shahriyan Shujabad, along with Chairman Pir Kafayatullah Bahlvi and General Secretary Abdul Hayi Baloch told reporters that currently seven counters are working in the NADRA office for the convenience of citizens; while for women and disabled persons separate counters are also available. Tokens are issued for around 250 Consumers daily. A “Madadgar counter” has also been set up in the office to guide the Consumers, while arrangements have been made for sitting and drinking water for them. The NADRA office staff treats all citizens with good manners. Nadeem Shah further said that proposals were sent to the higher officials of NADRA for the facility of Consumers, which have been approved and soon the number of tokens will be increased to four hundred along with the increase in the number of counters. The seating area is also being extended. Assistant Director NADRA Sajjad Kamran Bhatti, while giving a message through the media, said that in case of any complaint, Citizens can contact me directly. Their grievances will be redressed immediately.
