RAWALPINDI: Provincial Minister for Primary and Secondary Healthcare and Population Welfare, Dr. Jamal Nasir, has said that Muslims can achieve success in their worldly and hereafter lives only by following the teachings of Islam.
He said this while addressing a Seerat-ul-Nabi (SAW) conference in Khayaban, Sir Syed, here on Sunday. Dr. Jamal said that the life of the Prophet (SAW) is the only model and the path to success for every Muslim. “Without adopting this path, neither we can progress in this world nor can we be successful in life hereafter.”
The minister said that there were a large number of Muslims all over the world and lands rich in natural resources, but despite this, Muslims were suffering from difficulties and hardship as they had moved away from the teachings of Islam.
He said that Muslim unity is the need of the hour, and in this way, Muslims can overcome all their problems and restore their honor and dignity.
He said that the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awal had started, and the most important message of the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awal was that every Muslim should follow the teachings of Islam with all his heart and soul.
He said that law and order would be maintained during the celebrations on the occasion of Rabi-ul-Awwal, and complete security would be provided to all these assemblies and the processions taken out on Rabi-ul-Awal.
