Aneeq Ahmed , the federal minister for religious affairs and interfaith harmony, emphasised the importance of educating the public, especially the younger generation, about harmony and peaceful coexistence. In association with Dawood University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) Karachi, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony arranged the seminar, “Bridging Beliefs: Interfaith Harmony in Pakistan.” The minister expressed optimism that the younger generation will continue to propagate the Islamic teaching of Husn-e-Akhlaq (moral excellence), as they are our future and our best chance of establishing an inclusive and well-rounded society. According to him, every religion has the same divine message ingrained in its core beliefs.
