Minister stresses skills’ development

Chaudhry Salik Hussain, Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, has suggested working with outside businesses to create cutting-edge skill development institutes and has instructed the Workers Welfare Fund to give priority to skill development projects.

The Minister acknowledged the need to speed the processing of welfare payments in order to guarantee that workers benefit as soon as possible during his visit to the Workers Welfare Fund. He also expressed his admiration for the Fund’s overall accomplishments.

He received an update on the Fund’s accomplishments and operations.

The Minister brought out the lack of competent human capital in key economically developed nations including Saudi Arabia, Germany, Korea, and Japan during the briefing.
