Minister holds various meetings in Qatar

 Mansoor Ebrahim Al-Mahmoud, the CEO of the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), met  with Dr. Umar Saif, the Federal Minister of Information Technology and Telecommunication, in Qatar. During the discussion, they talked about potential and mutual  partnerships across several industries, according to a news release  that we got on Tuesday. The QIA CIO for APAC and Africa, Faisal Al-Thani, was also present at the conference. To investigate how Pakistani IT companies might register in Qatar  and use it as a hub for regional commercial prospects, Dr. Umar Saif visited the Qatar Free Zones Authority in the meantime. Dr. Umar Saif met with Sheikh Mohammed Al-Thani, the CEO of the Qatar Free Zones Authority, during his visit. Muhammad Aejaz, the Pakistani ambassador to Qatar, was also  present at the meeting.
