Minister for commitment to business facilitation

Measures to support both domestic and export-oriented companies are being developed, according to Federal Commerce Minister Jam Kamal Khan, who reiterated the government’s commitment to the policy of enabling trade and industry and export diversification on Monday.

During a media briefing at the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), the minister of commerce stated that the current government is committed to implementing institutional and structural reforms, resolving energy and tariff issues, improving regional connectivity, and diversifying exports in order to ensure sustainable growth and stabilise the economy.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, according to Jam Kamal, has had multiple meetings with pertinent ministries and stakeholders to discuss a variety of topics in order to develop a comprehensive plan that would address every obstacle.
