On Thursday, Qaiser Ahmed Shaikh, the Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs, advocated for a market-driven strategy to give young people skills that are in demand in the global market and underlined the role of market-oriented education in releasing the nation’s economic potential.
In an interview with the media, Shaikh underlined the importance of giving Pakistan’s youth the tools they need to succeed in these fields and support the nation’s economic development and standing in the world.
“Developing expertise in maritime trade and logistics can unlock global career prospects, providing Pakistan’s youth with a competitive edge in the international job market,” Shaikh said.
He went on to say that Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are fortifying their “brotherly” connections, emphasising mutual gain and economic collaboration.
The two nations have a long-standing friendship.
