Multan. Under the chairmanship of Minister of Communications and Works Bilal Afzal, a review meeting was held regarding highways’ schemes.
Public welfare schemes should be identified in the development program of the new year. Transparency, quality should be taken care of in the implementation of the schemes. Commissioner Multan Division Engineer Aamir Khattak while giving a detailed briefing about the ongoing highway maintenance schemes in Multan Division said that 20 schemes of highway maintenance are in progress in the division, 20 schemes of 289.73 km length worth 11,901 million rupees are in progress.
