Multan: Addressing the main event organized by HOPE Alive Welfare Organization regarding International Women’s Day, Additional Commissioner Malik Abdul Jabbar has said that there are laws to act against women violence and they are being implemented. A presidential address at the main event organized by Hope Alive at Multan Arts Council, in which Director Public Relations Sajjad Jahania, Deputy Director Social Welfare Naeem Ahmed, Director Multan Arts Council Saleem Qaiser, Deputy Director NCHD M. Kashif Manzoor, Renowned social leader and jurist Zahra Sajjad Zaidi, former MPA Sabin Gul, City President of Pakistan People’s Party and Wing Abida Bukhari, Madam Musrat Rizvi, Shehla Mazhar, Hasnain Zahra, social leaders, Rao Abdul Qayyum Shaheen, Shahid Mahmood Ansari, Malik Fayyaz Ahmed Awan, Qaiser Naqvi of Radio Pakistan Multan, Sadra Hassan advocate, while the well-known singer Sobia Malik gave a prayer song and Razi Bhutta, the students of Hope Alive presented wonderful tableaus about women, which were liked and appreciated by the audience, Malik Abdul Jabbar said while addressing the ceremony I congratulate Hope Alive for organizing this wonderful event which highlighted the importance of women in real sense. He said that mother’s lap is the real training ground so only an educated mother can create an educated society. He told the women that they do not need to panic. The doors of the administration are open for them. We assure the women protection about their rights. Deputy Director Social Welfare Naeem Ahmed said that social organizations are our arm and pride. We are happy that Hope Alive has conveyed its message to the people on the occasion of International Women’s Day in a beautiful way. Imrana Salman said in her address that Hope Alive has completed several training courses for women.
