During his visit to British International Investment, a London-based financial organization, Minister of Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal talked about measures to strengthen economic ties within the framework of Uraan Pakistan.
Under the Uraan Pakistan program, the Planning Minister engaged in lengthy talks about encouraging the private sector to participate in order to boost economic activity.
He emphasized the BII’s strategic role in promoting investments in important areas, namely climate resilience and infrastructure.
In view of growing labor prices worldwide, he emphasized Pakistan’s youthful and vibrant workforce as a significant asset, making the nation a desirable location for businesses looking for affordable options.
According to Ahsan Iqbal, significant improvements in tax administration, supply chain optimization, and energy pricing are already promoting macroeconomic stability.
