Justice Dispensation

Ever since Pakistan was created we are devoid of quick dispensation of justice. Justice dispensation is against the interest of corrupt Mafias, Feudal & Industrialists ruling elites and Crooks who are in the helm of affairs. Injustice resulting into poverty for simple, weak and poor citizens of Pakistan. In short Life for rich, crook and strong people is worth appreciating, while the life for Honest, sober, dedicated, religious, weak and poor is miserable. Every day the second category of our dedicated and honest Citizens are ridiculed, manipulated, exploited and punished for their uncommitted sins. Those who follow merit are left behind while the people who believe in short cuts, manipulation and other Trick of Trades are flourishing day by day. Resultantly we are not respected in anywhere in the world. World community recognizes us as a country of crocks, manipulator and a country where the job can be done if the money is in the pocket.  What a Pity state of Affair. Can we get out of this state of affair? The answer is yes, if we elect a True, characterful & competent leader, whose Top agenda is to evolve the Justice dispensation. The solution and steps narrated below are the effort to select Tayyab Erdgon, Dr Mahateer, Ahmadi Nizad of present time and Caliph Abu Bakar, Umar, Usman & Ali of our glorious Era. All the said Muslims leaders were the Just leaders. We can be respected in the world and can give our future generation a Pakistan where Justice, equality, Prosperity, Rule of Law, Respect and merit would exist.

Solution and Steps.

1. My Readers will agree that Pakistani Nation is in the strong grip of 275 Electable .The said grip can only be loosened if we change our criterion for leader selection, the Parliament seats are increased and the Proportionate Representation System (PRS) is introduced in the Country. Japan has about 1100 parliament seats in spite of being less populous than Pakistan. If Number of seats are increased, the poor and honest may enter into the Power of Corridors and Putting PRS in place the leadership of our country will have more Choice to bring Competent, dedicated and honest people in the Assemblies. PRS is running effectively in Germany with Excellent Results, while Japan has more Number of seats in Parliament with fabulous results. Women seat in Pakistan are also on PRS in which some good women Parliamentarians like Ayesha Syed and Dr Yasmin Rashid are selected. The essence of PRS system is to enable Party leader sent the best and competent one of his/her Party in the Parliament. Why Parliaments be only for elites? Why not for the Characterful, educated, honest, poor and competent one. Why every time we insist to try a characterless why not characterful? Why not to make a Paradigm shift from characterless to characterful leadership. Only Characterful leadership would ensure quick dispensation of justice as s/he is not afraid of justice dispensation .Characterless leaders have never brought any good anywhere. Injustice ate half of Pakistan. We need to get rid of it(Injustice) to save the rest .
2. When you realize that you have made a mistake take immediate steps to rectify it, is a famous quote which needs to be implemented in letter and spirit. Our Selection of Leader has been Poor    since inception, which need to be changed. If we sow an Herb how will we get sweet fruit from it? We follow the media trend for the selection of leaders. Whereas our Islamic Teaching and world trend is to select Sadiq, & Ameen. All Europeans and Americans select a leader with High integrity, Honesty and Competence. On the other hand they sponsor a characterless leader for the Muslim Ummah. Unfortunately we also vote & Support the front runners sponsored by them. Similarly neither we follow Our Teaching nor the teaching of successful Nations. The said Trend of wrong selection of leaders needs to be rectified by the Masses and intelligentsia. Why the west select a characterful leader for them? Because only characterful ensures quick dispensation of justice, which ultimately brings prosperity in the country and masses takes the fruit. Why should a thief/ characterless ensure Justice Dispensation? S/He know, it will fall upon him.
3. We need to recite and understand Quran, which emphasis to give strength and cooperation to the Truthful leader. O Believers afraid of Allah and support the truthful People quotes Quran. Tayyab Erdgon a truthful & characterful leader got the country out of Crisis. Similarly Iran leadership selected on Character and truthfulness criterion got the Country out of Crisis. While rest of Islamic world including Pakistan is following the opposite Path. Tayyab Erdgon when questioned how did he got the country out of crisis, replied that he put Eighty High integrity and competent Officer in the Helm of Affair and ordered them to follow the Rule of law and Justice. The Country started getting out of Crisis and now competing with the world, he remarked.
4. Maintaining good reading Habit is the first step in the said direction. Famous proverb nothing succeeds like success must be kept in mind. Good reading Habits has been a success Model for all successful Nations of the world. Dr Atta ur Rehman ex-Chairman and founder of HEC once said No National, No Tribe, No Family and No individual can ever Progress until and unless Top Priority is not given to Education. All Successful Nations spend huge amount of money on Education. General Zia, when on Tour to Japan asked Japanese leadership as how did they Achieved success and rebuild Japan after defeat in World War II. Japanese leadership replied we educated our Nation Mr President. Readers are leaders, while our holy book Quran first message is to read (Iqra).Alas we could follow. If we are literate we will select an honest and characterful leader. All literate nations are following the said characterful leadership model. On the other hand illiteracy is mother of all ills. We as a Nation need to accord Top priority to education. It’s a chain the educated and sensible one choose characterful Leaders who ensures quick dispensation of Justice.
5. Healthy body healthy mind is the message which needs to be taken seriously. Yoga, aerobics and other physical exercises not only help a person to remain fit, it rather calms him/her down. Mexican Jail riots were reduced only by introducing yoga there.’’ Sharpen Your Saw’’ Chapter in a famous book ‘’7 Habits of Highly effective People‘’ emphasizes one hour physical work daily to become effective member of your family and society. Dr Covey further emphasizes to allocate one hour each for Reading and Religious duties. These 3 Hours a day can benefit you, nobody else.  Peaceful and healthy mind always takes right decision. The healthy mind of societies in the west choose characterful and competent leadership, who in return brings justice and the justice will bring prosperity. It’s a Chain which we need to understand. Only Understanding is half the job done, the real Test is to Act & implement. Allama Iqbal emphasis Actions & firm Faith in his poetry.

Conclusion: The Foreign investment which is Top Priority of our new Govt in New Pakistan. It can only be ensure if Justice System of our Country is put right. One good leader can make the Nation.  The essence of above said discussion is to have a leader of High integrity whose top agenda should be to ensure dispensation of justice, not only justice dispensation, rather quick dispensation of justice. Iran and Turkish Model of Leadership presently & our elders in Muslims golden era have earned respect and success through the said methods. Alas we understand the importance of Characterful leader & quick dispensation of justice & the relation between two. It’s a matter of life and death for Pakistan and for our future generations. We need to understand and implement.
